How Bright Shift handles the personal data you send through this site — and the privacy-first choices behind the tools it runs on.
Who is responsible
Bright Shift, the company named in the legal notice, decides why and how your data is used. Write to maelle.costa@brightshift.fr with any question about it, or to exercise the rights below.
Privacy by design
Privacy is not a page published because the law requires one — it is how the practice is run. Correspondence and scheduling use Proton (Proton AG, Geneva): Swiss data protection, end-to-end encryption, and no advertising business model behind the service. This site collects as little as it can and runs no analytics or ad tracking. Where a supplier outside that standard is still used, it is named in “Who else sees it” below and kept to what is strictly necessary.
What the contact form collects
Your name, company, role, email address, and whatever you write in the situation field. Nothing else, and nothing is collected unless you submit the form.
Why, and on what basis
To answer your inquiry and, if it goes further, to discuss working together. By ticking the box on the form, you consent to this use of your data.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for 36 months from our last contact, then deleted. If you ask for deletion sooner, that request is acted on instead.
Who else sees it
Your submission is filed in Notion, which stores the record, and a notification is sent to Bright Shift’s Proton Mail inbox (Proton AG, Switzerland — encrypted at rest) through the email provider Resend. Notion and Resend are United States companies and process the data under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses; Switzerland is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision, so no such clauses are needed for Proton. If you book a call instead, that booking runs on Proton Calendar. Your data is not sold, and is not shared with anyone else.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, which remembers your language choice. It is necessary for the site to work and needs no consent. There is no advertising or analytics tracking.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable form. Write to maelle.costa@brightshift.fr. If you are not satisfied with the response you may complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
