How Bright Shift handles the personal data you send through this site.
Who is responsible
Bright Shift, the company named in the legal notice, decides why and how your data is used. Write to maelle.costa@brightshift.fr with any question about it, or to exercise the rights below.
What the contact form collects
Your name, company, role, email address, and whatever you write in the situation field. Nothing else, and nothing is collected unless you submit the form.
Why, and on what basis
To answer your inquiry and, if it goes further, to discuss working together. By ticking the box on the form, you consent to this use of your data.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for 36 months from our last contact, then deleted. If you ask for deletion sooner, that request is acted on instead.
Who else sees it
Your submission is filed in Notion, which stores the record, and sent to Bright Shift by email through Resend. Both are United States companies and process the data under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. If you book a call instead, that booking is handled by zcal. Your data is not sold, and is not shared with anyone else.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, which remembers your language choice. It is necessary for the site to work and needs no consent. There is no advertising or analytics tracking.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable form. Write to maelle.costa@brightshift.fr. If you are not satisfied with the response you may complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
